I Started A Low-Carb / Low Starch Diet with Crystal Thin Diet

I have started a Low-Carb diet. Its seems to be working well. I have dropped 14 pounds in 3 days. I think most of the weight loss is water weight. I also have been using Crystal ThinTM Diet Crystals. I have been using it for breakfast / lunch and dinner. It helps keep me full and i don't eat as much.  I am only eating foods High in protine and high in fiber. Also i am staying away from foods high in starch. I have found out that High Starch” foods are higher in carbohydrates.  These have a quicker blood sugar release into your system. "Low Starch" foods have fewer carbohydrates in them and have a low impact of blood sugar release into your system.  They also contain lots of vitamins and minerals and are high in fiber. I only eat  Low Starch foods. because they make me feel better.
